Phuket is known for its beautiful beaches, clear blue waters and big palm trees. As one of the top destinations in Thailand, almost everyone has at one point or another heard of this amazing place. However, there’s a lot more to do than diving in the sea and getting a nice tan!

On the Eastern part of the Island, you will find plenty of activities for tourists. For the young, and young at heart, you will have the upside down house and the Phuket Trickeye Museum. There are also loads of beautiful temples. From Rang Hill, you will have a stunning view over Phuket Town. Or you could join the Siam Niramit Show just off the by-pass road.  And what about the Big Buddha? But this is not all the island has to offer, and you just have to look at the stunning capital city to know this.

Old Phuket Town is an absolute gem with its Sino-Portuguese style architecture. The city – which feels more like a small town – has a rich history, where ancient cultural traditions are being kept alive. The “Pearl of the Andaman” is one to be discovered, but it can be difficult to find the right places to visit. That’s where we come in, as we have a great tour in store for you! During the Old Phuket Trails tour, your guide will give you a detailed journey along all the interesting sites. We’ll stop at a local restaurant for lunch, where you can try the delicious local cuisine. After which we will continue to show you around the lesser-known Eastern part of the island.

And if you enjoyed Phuket Town, then remember that every Sunday there’s a great walking street market on Thalang road. From 16:00 to 22:00 the street gets closed off for stalls to be selling the best souvenirs in town, and of course also some yummy street food!
