Dreaming of a holiday where you can enjoy city, nature and beach life, all in a bit more than 2 weeks time? Then you’re definitely dreaming of a vacation in Thailand! Especially if you join our 16 days adventurous Thailand tour where you’ll be able to experience the highlights in a different way. You’ll travel from North to South, to make sure you’ll enjoy everything this amazing country has to offer.

But let’s start at the beginning – and the beginning is in Bangkok where you’ll arrive for your 16-day trip. Here we’ll explore the city in almost every way possible. We use a boat to discover the amazing klongs, a skytrain to quickly get from one point to another, walking to take in all the sights and smells, a tuk tuk to discover Chinatown and its wonderful food. Of course, we also take time out of our busy schedule to visit the Grand Palace – not only the place where the King lived and worked but also a beautiful architectural site.
After the hustle and bustle of this incredible capital city, we head on our way to Chiang Mai. But not before we make a stop at the old capital – Sukhothai and its impressive temple ruins. Once arrived in Chiang Mai, you’ll be able to see all the beautiful highlights of Chiang Mai, from the magnificent temple of Wat Doi Suthep to the colourful Waroros market.

After all this time in the city, it is finally time for some nature, starting at the Lisu Lodge. On your morning walk, you’ll visit the village, where you’ll meet some local families, and even have the opportunity to see traditional medicine in practice at the shaman’s house. In the afternoon bike around to get to know the area, or relax with a steam bath or massage. But that’s not all this area has to offer, as the Mae Tang River is calling out your name for an exhilarating water adventure the next day!
From the nature in the North, we head down to the nature in the South, with a very special visit to the Khao Sok National Park. You’ll be staying in the beautiful Khao Sok Discovery Boutique Camps, which will be your base camp for the coming days. With trips to see elephants in their natural environment, visit the monkey cave, bamboo rafting on the Khao Sok River, and enjoying the beauty that the Cheow Lan Lake has to offer. But that’s not all, as we obviously can’t leave this stunning national park, without a hike going through the beautiful park with all the flora and fauna it has to offer! Definitely a highlight of your stay here.

As we’re nearing the end of this amazing trip through Thailand, the only thing that is left to do is to enjoy the beach life. Your choice of beach off course – will you be staying at the beautiful Koh Yao Noi (a small island in the Andaman Sea between Phuket and Krabi with sandy shores and mangroves, surrounded by rich corrals, great for snorkelling and diving) or Koh Samui (Thailand’s second largest island in the Gulf of Thailand, with palm covered beaches, mountainous rainforests and clear blue waters)? Whatever you do, we’re sure you’ll finish your holiday on a relaxing note!
