Visa Cambodia
For most visitors to Cambodia, a visa is available upon arrival at the International Airports in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap. If you come over land from Thailand, then a visa is available at Poipet Banteay Meanchey and Cham Yeam (Koh Kong Province). Visitors who arrive over land from Vietnam, have to arrange their visa in advance through the Cambodian embassy or consulate abroad!
For application of visa upon arrival a color photograph is required and cash USD 30, -pp (tourist visa for 1 month). A departure tax is levied on all domestic and international flights.
E-visa
Another option is to arrange a visa online, which is supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. Instead of applying through Cambodian Embassy, all you need to do is to complete the online application form and pay with your credit card. After receiving your Visa through email, print it out and bring it along when you travel to Cambodia.
Passport
For entering Cambodia a passport with a minimum validity of 6 months is required. Always keep your passport in your hand luggage, never in checked baggage!
