For many countries Thailand has a visa exemption for entering Thailand for tourism purposes, not exceeding 30 days (European countries, USA, Australia, Canada). Nationals of some countries may apply for a visa upon arrival and stay up to 15 days. Thailand is very strict in the number of days staying in Thailand, exceeding is strictly forbidden and high penalties or worse are applied.
Travellers travellling from/through countries which have been declared Yellow Fever Infected Areas must acquire an International Health Certificate verifying the receiving of a Yellow Fever vaccination.
